MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
ACTIVE MEMBERSHIP Enclosed is our check in the amount of $ ______________. [2010-2011 Dues: $4,800 (except for companies having greater than $20 million in sales for the previous Calendar Year - your dues may be higher. Companies with greater than $20 million in Gross Billings must contact ABMA for actual Dues Rate.) Dues are for May 1-April 30 of each year and are prorated by the month.] Add 5% of total dues if paying by approved credit card.
