The International Group’s membership is composed of all members of the Association -- Active and Associate Members -- willing to attend and participate in its meetings.  The Group meets in conjunction with ABMA Annual and Summer Meetings.

The International Group was created to centralize the focus on general international issues, conditions and trends affecting or likely to affect the boiler and combustion equipment industry as a whole.  Specific product- or market-oriented issues are typically addressed within the other Product/Market Groups.  

Issues typically addressed in the International Group are international codes and standards, specific country- or regional global markets, and fuels.  The agenda of the Group, as with those of all other ABMA Product/Market Groups, is set by the membership based on exigent interests.
